





Aziz Safar, Esquire, is the practice's founder. He holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in English Literature, and the degree of Juris Doctor. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Massachusetts and New York, and in the federal courts he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts,
the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
At the trial court level, he has advocated on behalf of clients in removal proceedings and has handled cases involving federal habeas corpus proceedings, motions practice and civil petitioning, and federal and state criminal proceedings.
Attorney Safar has served as an adjudicator on medical malpractice tribunal panels as well, as the attorney member.
He has also handled numerous appeals and has assisted clients in reversing decisions/judgments in certain cases.
In sum, Attorney Safar brings his various legal experiences gained through representing clients not only in the states of Massachusetts and New York, but also gained through representing immigration clients from around the world.
