Appellate Advocacy
Criminal appeals deserve special attention to Constitutional protections given that the result of a wrongful conviction could mean substantial limitations on freedom and other rights. Civil appeals equally deserve attention given that the wrong finding could have a strong financial impact. It may be that an error of law or some unfair prejudice during the trial is the cause.
